The jug has a stainless hinged lid and handle. Like a thermos flask, the jug is useful for keeping water / other beverages hot (or cold) on your desk prior to pouring into your favourite mug or cup! Unlike a thermos flask, the lid is not liquid-tight unless kept vertically.
